Nine people rescued from three-storey building collapse in Lagos.

Nine people have been rescued from the rubble of a building that collapsed early this morning in the Ojodu-Berger area of Lagos State. The collapse, which occurred around 8am on April 19, involved a building that housed a restaurant.

Lagos State Fire and Rescue Service, alongside the Lagos State Emergency Management Agency (LASEMA), are on site working to rescue any remaining victims.

The survivors have been taken to a hospital for immediate treatment.

As of the latest update, the cause of the collapse has not yet been determined.
