Ayra Starr’s mother, Mrs Aderibigbe, has encouraged Nigerians to introduce their middle-aged mothers to TikTok, highlighting the platform’s positive impact on mental well-being.

Known for her engaging content, she shared in a recent TikTok video that the platform has transformed her mindset and creativity.

“I’m so grateful to be on TikTok and to have you all as part of my life. Thank you for your support,” she said.

She urged those with mothers between 40 and 60 years old to encourage them to join, stating, “TikTok helps mentally. My thinking has changed, and I feel more creative.”

Mrs Aderibigbe added, “You can see how I’m looking now. Let’s encourage our mums to come and share their life experiences with us.”
