McGregor was recently in Cannes for a warm training getaway but has since returned to Dublin – where he’s splitting his time between Straight Blast Gym and Crumlin Boxing Gym.
The Notorious is no stranger to bringing his kids – in particular Conor Jr – to watch him work in the gym.
Conor Jr was present for his old man’s recent session at his boyhood boxing gym and ended up being put through his paces.
McGregor, 35, shared snaps of Conor Jr avoiding precision foam sticks and drilling the punch shield with his 47 million Instagram followers on Tuesday.
And the six-year-old – who was donning his own custom-made gloves – showed surprisingly good technique as his father held the pad.
McGregor’s accompanying caption for the post read: “Young shots, @ConorMcGregorJr.”
The Irishman‘s legion of followers were quick to comment, with one saying: “Future champ in the making.”
Another said: “The future of Ireland.”
