Famous Canadian singer Celine Dion is set to perform at the 2024 Paris Olympics, despite her ongoing battle with Stiff Person Syndrome (SPS).
Other performers include Dua Lipa and Aya Nakamura.
The Olympics will commence on Friday, July 26, 2024, and conclude on August 11, 2024, in Paris, France.
According to Guardian.ng, the 2024 edition is expected to attract over 600,000 spectators and will be broadcast on 80 giant screens in public spaces.
For the first time in history, this year’s opening ceremony, directed by Thomas Jolly, will be held outside an Olympic stadium.
The games are held every four years.
Celine Dion made her first public appearance in recent times at the 2024 Grammy Awards ceremony.
