AS Roma and Besiktas have reached an agreement on a €20 million deal for Tammy Abraham, according to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano.
Roma are under pressure to raise €13 million before June 30 to comply with Financial Fair Play regulations, which has led to Abraham’s departure. The striker has also agreed to personal terms with the Turkish Super Lig side.
Born to Nigerian parents, Abraham spent last season on loan at AC Milan after falling out of favour at Roma. The 27-year-old recorded 10 goals and seven assists in 45 appearances across all competitions for the Rossoneri. However, following a challenging season, Milan opted not to make the move permanent.
Roma originally signed the England international from Chelsea in 2021 for €41 million.
