Boniface tells Fabrizio Romano to take down post on failed Milan transfer

by Admin

Super Eagles striker and Bayer Leverkusen forward Victor Boniface has asked football transfer expert Fabrizio Romano to delete a recent post concerning his failed move.

The Nigerian international was close to joining Serie A giants AC Milan after weeks of transfer links and negotiations between both clubs. However, the deal collapsed over the weekend when Boniface reportedly failed his medical.

Romano’s report on the development stirred debate in Nigeria, with Punch Metro noting that, days before the medical, veteran Italian coach Fabio Capello had already criticised Milan’s pursuit of Boniface over perceived concerns. Following these events, the striker demanded that the post be taken down.
