South African star Tyla has clinched the Best Afrobeats award at the 2025 MTV Video Music Awards for her hit single “PUSH 2 START.”
She edged out Nigerian giants Asake, Burna Boy, Rema, Tems, and Wizkid to secure the win.
This marks her second triumph in the category, following her historic 2024 victory with “Water.”
