Victor Osimhen extended his impressive form as Galatasaray came from behind to defeat Göztepe 3–1 at RAMS Park on Sunday.
Efkan Bekiroğlu stunned the home side with an early goal just six minutes in, but Galatasaray found their response through Osimhen in the 19th minute.
The Nigerian striker pounced on a defensive mistake to score his third league goal of the season — just days after his Champions League brace helped Galatasaray beat Bodø/Glimt 3–1 on Wednesday.
Galatasaray took full control after the break, with Gabriel Sara and Mauro Icardi finding the net to secure all three points despite Göztepe’s spirited showing.
The result keeps Galatasaray at the top of the Turkish Super Lig table with 28 points, five ahead of second-placed Trabzonspor.
Göztepe, meanwhile, remain fifth with 16 points after recording only their second loss of the season.
