Famous rapper Nicki Minaj has dismissed viral rumours that she’s taking a break from music. The rumours began when an X handle, @NMCaviar, tweeted, “Nicki Minaj announces she’s going on a hiatus.”
In response, Minaj made it clear she had no plans to step away from music, writing, “Ain’t going no mthfkn where. Kiss my a** and hiatus.”
This isn’t the first time Minaj has faced such speculation. In December 2019, she announced her “retirement” on X to focus on starting a family, shortly after marrying Kenneth Petty. She welcomed her son on September 30, 2020.
Since then, Minaj has resumed touring and remains active in the music scene.
