A Dubai-based Ghanaian man, Nicholas Mbir, tied the knot with three wives on the same day: Angelina Prah, Grace Agyarko, and Esther Abass.
The elaborate wedding celebration took place on Saturday, April 26, 2025, at Sakoro Park, located near the Salvation Divine Miracle Church in Winneba, Effutu Municipal District, Central Region of South Ghana.
The engagement ceremonies for each wife were held separately between Wednesday, April 23, and Friday, April 26.
Abeku Adams Ekumfi shared photos from the event, declaring that the “myth Christianity forced on us is broken by the power of the Holy Spirit.”
Abeku also revealed that Mbir serves as a choirmaster, with all three of his wives being members of the same choir.
“Mr. Mbir is now the Regional President of the Brotherhood of Iron and Gold (BIG), West Africa,” he wrote.
“By God’s grace, Mr. Mbir married three wives in Winneba this week. One on Wednesday, another on Thursday, and the last on Friday. On Saturday, there was a grand celebration for all three wives.”
“He’s a choirmaster and all three wives belong to the same choir. Equity prevailed. The myth Christianity forced on us is broken by the power of the Holy Spirit.”
