Omah Lay shares what helps him overcome depression

by Admin

Nigerian singer Stanley Omah Didia, widely known as Omah Lay, has revealed that money could provide temporary relief from his depression.

In a post shared on Tuesday via his X handle, the ‘Soso’ hitmaker stated that receiving 10 million pounds or dollars would help him feel better for at least a month.

Omah Lay has previously spoken about his ongoing battle with chronic depression, which he says nearly cost him his life.

He also hinted that his upcoming sophomore album, Clarity of Mind, will explore his journey toward healing.

His debut album, Boy Alone, released on July 15, 2022, featured emotionally raw tracks in which he opened up about his mental health struggles.

Just days after the album’s release, on July 18, 2022, Omah Lay disclosed that his condition worsened after a sexual encounter with his therapist.
