As Nigerians continue to face persistent power shortages in recent times, President Bola Tinubu has reassured citizens that the situation will soon improve.
He gave this assurance while addressing attendees at the National Convention of the All Progressives Congress (APC), held in Abuja on Friday, March 27.
“I assure you, for those expressing concerns about electricity and power, we are paying close attention. Power supply will improve, and with it, there will be greater opportunities and progress in our industrialisation. Through the Grid Asset Management Company, we plan to inject about 1,500 megawatts into a new grid corridor.
The results of our programmes are visible, tangible, and measurable—not just empty promises as some opposition voices claim. We are transitioning from survival to stability,” he said.
