Famous English singer Ed Sheeran has opened up about how being a musician has influenced his sexual life.
The 33-year-old multiple Grammy-winning artist revealed that he believes he would have remained a virgin if he hadn’t pursued a career in music.
He shared this in a recent video message on his Instagram account.
“If I wasn’t a musician, I’d be a virgin,” Sheeran confessed.
Sheeran’s first publicly known relationship was with Scottish singer Nina Nesbitt in 2012. Nesbitt is the inspiration behind Sheeran’s songs ‘Nina’ and ‘Photograph’.
In 2014, Sheeran dated Athina Andrelos, but the couple broke up in February 2015. She is the muse for his song ‘Thinking Out Loud’.
In July 2015, Sheeran began dating his childhood friend Cherry Seaborn. They announced their engagement in January 2018 and got married a year later. Cherry inspired Sheeran’s song ‘Perfect’.
The couple welcomed their first daughter in 2020 and their second daughter on May 19, 2022.
