Diddy reportedly filed to dismiss Jane Doe’s lawsuit against him.

by Admin

Diddy, the music executive, has filed a counter-lawsuit, seeking to dismiss a lawsuit brought by Jane Doe alleging sexual misconduct against him. Interestingly, the plaintiff invoked Cassie’s name in her complaint and is represented by the same legal team. She alleges that she encountered Diddy, also known as Bad Boy Prez Harve Pierre, in 2003 in Detroit and was later flown to Diddy’s studio in NYC. There, she claims she was supplied with alcohol and drugs and subjected to gang rape. The plaintiff has provided photos of the alleged encounter.

In the court document obtained by TMZ, Diddy’s attorneys are seeking the dismissal of Jane Doe’s lawsuit, in which she claims she was violated by Diddy and others at the age of 17 in 2003, with prejudice. The lawyers argue that the statute of limitations on the statute she is suing under has expired.

Diddy’s attorneys also highlighted that the plaintiff omitted many crucial details beyond her alleged assault. They argue that this lack of comprehensive information renders her claims insubstantial and unworthy of consideration. Additionally, they vehemently deny the occurrence of the alleged incidents.

They further argued that the inclusion of a “trigger warning” in her initial lawsuit, which they suggest was likely added to draw attention to the sensational nature of her allegations, holds no merit.

In a statement provided by Diddy’s legal team, they stated:

“The minor revisions made to the original Complaint do not rectify the falsehoods and fundamental flaws in the new pleading. Similar to the original Complaint, it fails to present any valid claim and therefore warrants dismissal.

“The plaintiff fails to specify the date or time of the alleged incident, yet claims remarkable recall of explicit details. Consequently, we advocate for the dismissal of this case, with prejudice, to shield the Combs Defendants from further harm to their reputation and prevent the wastage of additional resources.”
