Eric Trump stated that Prince Harry’s US visa is secure because “no one cares” about the Duke or his “unpopular” wife, Meghan Markle.
The 40-year-old son of former President Donald Trump told the Daily Mail that his father had a deep affection for the late Queen and expressed disappointment over Harry’s decision to turn his back on the royal family, calling it a “huge detriment.”
Eric noted that Harry shouldn’t fear deportation if Donald Trump is re-elected on November 5, despite ongoing allegations regarding Harry’s potential dishonesty about drug use when applying for his US visa.
“Truthfully, I don’t give a damn about Prince Harry, and I don’t think this country does either,” Eric remarked about the 40-year-old Duke, who now resides in Montecito, California. He added that Harry disappointed his family by stepping back from royal duties to move to California with Meghan and their son, Archie, in 2020.
“He’s just one black sheep who doesn’t know where he is, led by a wife who is pretty unpopular, both here and in the UK,” Eric said, expressing concern over Harry’s current state, describing it as “sad to watch.”
Despite his criticisms, Eric affirmed the royal family’s significance, saying, “Our father and our entire family have tremendous respect for the monarchy.”
Meanwhile, Harry faces renewed scrutiny over his US visa application, as the Heritage Foundation demands transparency following his admission of drug use in his memoir, *Spare*. The conservative think tank has filed a lawsuit against the Department of Homeland Security after a Freedom of Information request was denied, questioning how Harry was allowed into the US given his references to cocaine, marijuana, and psychedelic mushrooms in the book. They seek to unveil what Harry disclosed about his drug history, as failure to declare such information can result in deportation.
