Popular Nigerian actress Ayo Adesanya has cautioned young girls about the risks of seeking quick financial gains.
Speaking about the lack of proper guidance from many parents, she emphasised the importance of young ladies making wise choices, particularly during the festive season. In her interview with Saturday Beats, Adesanya stressed that there are no shortcuts to genuine success.
She also highlighted the deceptive nature of social media, warning that not everything seen online is real.
“Many of us who should be mentors have misguided the younger generation. To the young girls, your parents might not teach you everything, but be aware that much of what you see online is fake.
“Young girls need to understand there’s no such thing as easy money. With the global economic challenges, no one gives anything for free.
“To those engaging in hookups for quick cash, remember that if he’s not taking your destiny in exchange, he’s likely preparing you for something dangerous. Stay prayerful and proceed with caution.”
