Pop star and actress Olivia Rodrigo is the latest celebrity to endorse United States Vice President Kamala Harris for president following President Joe Biden’s decision to step down as the Democratic Party candidate.
Rodrigo shared a video on her Instagram account of Harris promising to restore reproductive rights at her first campaign rally, accompanied by cheering emojis.
Singer Katy Perry has also endorsed Kamala Harris, sharing a video edit of Harris set to her song “Woman’s World,” with Perry singing, “It’s a woman’s world and you’re lucky to be living in it,” in the background.
Beyoncé’s mother, Tina Knowles, endorsed Harris on Sunday, shortly after Biden stepped down. Meanwhile, Beyoncé has granted Harris permission to use her song “Freedom” for her presidential campaign. Harris walked out to the song during her first official visit to her campaign headquarters on Monday.
