Reality TV star and actress, Victoria Iye, aka Vee, has expressed her current perspective on marriage, stating that the concept doesn’t make sense to her.
According to her, marriage is not akin to insurance; instead, it consists of vows that can be broken.
In a recent interview with Clout Africa, Vee emphasized, “Love and the institution of marriage don’t always coexist. I often tell my friends that being married isn’t a form of insurance; it’s just vows, and people break them every day.
“I want to feel secure in my relationships. Personally, I don’t see marriage as the ultimate goal. Perhaps it’s because I’m young and haven’t experienced true love yet. I’ve only been in relationships and haven’t found my soul mate. At this point, the concept of marriage doesn’t resonate with me.”
