Nigerian disc jockey Florence Otedola, popularly known as DJ Cuppy, has revealed that people are urging her to reconsider her plans of obtaining a fourth degree at the age of 31.
Recently, DJ Cuppy announced her intention to return to school for another degree, which prompted a range of reactions. Many advised her to apply the knowledge she has already gained rather than pursue further academic achievements.
In a new post on X, DJ Cuppy confirmed that people are pleading with her not to continue her education.
She wrote, “People are really begging me not to go back to school for a 4th degree [laughing emoji]. LMAO.”
The music star graduated from Oxford University with an MSc in African Studies in 2023. She previously earned a degree in Business and Economics from King’s College, London, in July 2014, and a master’s degree in Music Business from New York University in 2015.
