Famous American singer Chris Brown has declared that he will never forget his Nigerian colleague Wizkid for the rest of his life.
In a post shared by luthortv, Chris referred to Wizkid as his “brother for life” due to the kindness he showed him in the past.
Chris explained that although he had been performing throughout America, he had never been to the UK until Wizkid invited him to his O2 Arena concert in 2021. He revealed that Wizkid covered all his expenses, which left him truly touched by his generosity.
“Wizkid invited me to my biggest stage in the UK in 10 years. I had been performing all around America and had not gone there for any show before. One day, Wiz called and told me he was getting everything set for me to come to his O2 Arena concert. He paid for everything, and I was wowed. Wizkid is my brother for life.”
It’s worth noting that Chris Brown was banned from the UK in 2009 after pleading guilty to assaulting his then-girlfriend, Rihanna. The UK government reportedly cited his conviction as the reason for denying him entry in 2010, impacting his ability to perform there for some time.
