Nigerian Afrobeats superstar David Adeleke, widely known as Davido, has treated his wife Chioma to a brand-new 2025 Mercedes-Benz G-Wagon.

The luxury SUV, valued at over \$150,000 (₦240 million) depending on specifications, is one of the latest models featuring sleek upgrades and even electric options.

In a video shared on his Instagram Story on Wednesday, Davido was seen hyping the moment as he picked up the car. He explained that he traded in his previous model and added extra funds to secure the latest release.

“First of all, we had to take the one I got, then obviously add more money to get the new one,” he said with excitement, before declaring, “Only the best for my lady.”

When he finally presented the SUV to Chioma, she was visibly thrilled, while Davido celebrated the gesture, proudly saying, “We do 2025!”

The couple’s love story has been one for the spotlight. Davido and Chioma Adeleke tied the knot in a series of grand celebrations, with the highlight being their lavish white wedding in Miami on August 10, 2025.

That Miami event, which followed a court marriage in March 2023 and a traditional ceremony in Lagos in June 2024, was star-studded and reportedly cost about \$3.7 million. Distinguished guests included business moguls, political leaders, and top entertainers from Nigeria and beyond.
