Popular cryptocurrency billionaire Linus Williams, widely known as Blord, has been granted bail after three days in police custody.
Controversial self-acclaimed social media activist VeryDarkMan shared this update in a post on his Instagram page on Friday.
VeryDarkMan had previously announced Blord’s arrest over allegations of fraud and terrorism funding.
In his latest post, VeryDarkMan revealed that Blord was released after much “begging and crying,” and he will return next week to answer for the alleged crimes. VeryDarkMan expressed confidence that the Nigerian Police Force’s National Cyber Crime Centre (NPF-NCCC) would uphold justice.
The Blord Group had clarified that Blord was invited for questioning, not arrested.
