Facebook Monetization: Content Creators Celebrate as Nigeria Finally Becomes Eligible to Earn Money

by Admin

As of Thursday, June 27, Nigeria has been approved by Meta for Facebook content monetization. Numerous content creators celebrated this development on Facebook after seeing the approval on their dashboards.

This means that content creators residing in Nigeria can now earn advertising revenue from Meta, a significant change from before.

With Nigeria now eligible, Facebook creators in the country can monetize their content and earn revenue. Meta, the parent company of Facebook, marked Nigeria as eligible on the professional dashboard on June 27.

Previously, content creators with Nigerian addresses could not monetize their Facebook content unless they managed a page based in an eligible country.
