Yeboyah is one of the most talked about Afro-Finn artist in Finland. The “Kredi” crooner needs no introduction when it comes to young artists making waves in Finland. Saturday was a a sold-out festival day for the organisers of Flow Festival as the day gathered about 30,000 happy people together.
Finnish favourite Yeboyah thrilled her fans at the FREE.fi Black Tent in the early hours of the evening. The ambience was magnific and the atmosphere was captivated by her sterling stage performance and good vocal prowess. Friends and supporters were seen singing and dancing with her as she takes them on a musical cruise.
The solo performance was a defining moment of her musical career. It was a dream come through. “I have been waiting for this my whole life”, this was her post on Instagram before the show. Yeboyah was among the Dreamgirls collective that performed at Flow Festival in Helsinki in August 2018 before going solo.
Yeboyah, who is the only artist on Helsingin Sanomat’s “Follow them in 2021” list, has been making sure that there is enough to follow as regards her music and societal influence.
