American celebrity couple, singer Halle Bailey and rapper Darryl Dwayne Granberry Jr, also known as DDG, have officially ended their relationship.
The rapper made the announcement on Thursday, October 3, via his Instagram account, explaining that the decision to part ways was mutual.
“Dear friends and supporters, after much reflection and heartfelt conversations, Halle and I have decided to go our separate ways,” DDG wrote on his Instagram stories.
He reassured fans that while they are no longer together, their bond remains strong, highlighting their commitment to co-parenting and supporting each other’s individual paths.
“Despite the changes in our relationship, our love for each other remains deep and true. We are still best friends and adore each other,” he shared, adding that they will now focus on their “individual journeys and roles as co-parents.”
The couple, who began dating in January 2022, welcomed their son Halo in late 2023.
