Hamas official vows to repeat the October 7 attacks and bring about the ‘annihilation’ of Israel

by Admin

A Hamas official has vowed to repeat the horrific terror attacks on Israel earlier October“again and again” until the country is completely destroyed, insisting it has “no place on our land.”

Ghazi Hamad, a member of the militant group’s decision-making political bureau, warned that Gaza leadership would replicate the coordinated Oct. 7 attack, referred to by the terrorists as Operation al-Aqsa Flood, which killed more than 1,400 Israelis and took some 240 hostages.

“The al-Aqsa Flood is just the first time and there will be a second, a third, a fourth because we have the determination, the resolve and the capabilities to fight,” Hamad said in an Oct. 24 Lebanese television interview republished by British outlets Wednesday.

Hamad said the terrorist organization is willing to “pay a price.”

“We are called a nation of martyrs and are proud to sacrifice martyrs,” Hamad said. “Israel is a country that has no place on our land. We must remove that country because it constitutes a security, military and political catastrophe to the Arab and Islamic nations, and must be finished.”

“We must teach Israel a lesson, and we will do this again and again,” Hamas’ Ghazi Hamad said last week.

“We are not ashamed to say this, with full force. We must teach Israel a lesson and we will do this again and again.”

Hamad said Hamas was “justified” in its attack on Israel, which was created in 1948, sparking the Israeli-Arab war and leading to the expulsion of Palestinian refugees from the territory.

The narrow Gaza Strip, home to some 2.3 million people, has been under an Israeli and Egyptian blockade for security reasons since Hamas came to power.

Hamas is designated a terrorist organization by the US and European Union over its suicide bombings and rocket attacks.

“The existence of Israel is what causes all that pain, blood and tears,” Hamad said, calling the creation of the Jewish state “illogical.”

“It is Israel, not us. We are the victims of the occupation. Therefore, nobody should blame us for the things we do. On October 7, October 10, October 1,000,000 — everything we do is justified.”

His comments came before Israel had launched a ground incursion with the stated purpose of wiping out Hamas, which has ruled the Gaza Strip since ousting the Palestinian Authority in 2007.

Almost 8,800 Palestinians had been killed by Israeli forces since war broke out, including 3,648 children, the Gaza Health Ministry said Wednesday.

The ministry is run by Hamas, which has been accused by the US of inflating the death toll.
