Nigerian striker Victor Osimhen has agreed to personal terms with Turkish club Galatasaray, with a contract expected to run until June 2028, according to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano.
Osimhen has reportedly given the green light for the move, but the final decision now depends on negotiations between Galatasaray and Napoli.
Romano revealed via X that Galatasaray’s current offer is €50 million plus €5 million in add-ons. However, Napoli are holding out for a higher amount, as Saudi side Al Hilal remain in the race.
Al Hilal are reportedly prepared to trigger Osimhen’s €75 million release clause, but have not yet reached personal terms with the player.
Despite interest from Saudi Arabia, Osimhen is said to prefer a move to Galatasaray, where he reportedly has strong connections. The Turkish champions will now need to meet Napoli’s asking price to get the deal over the line.
Whether the transfer goes through will depend on Galatasaray’s ability to close the financial gap with Napoli.
