Afrobeats singer David Adeleke, AKA Davido, has expressed disappointment that the money he and his wife, Chioma, took home didn’t match the amount sprayed at their wedding.
Reports indicated that dignitaries from all walks of life attended Davido’s lavish wedding on June 25, 2024, with many spraying dollar bills due to Nigeria’s Naira mutilation laws.
Commenting under a video of guests spraying money during his wedding, Davido noted that the amount sprayed didn’t tally with what he and his wife took home.
He wrote, “The video of all the money dem spray and wetin we carry go house no dey tally.” [sic].
