Meek Mill has announced that he’s planning to hire an investigative team to uncover why he’s being linked to embattled music mogul, Sean Combs, also known as Diddy.
Diddy was recently arrested by Homeland Security on charges including sex trafficking, racketeering conspiracy, and interstate transportation for prostitution.
Since his arrest, many of Diddy’s associates, both past and present, have faced intense media attention.
In response to this scrutiny, Meek Mill expressed his willingness to spend $100,000 to hire investigators to get to the bottom of why his name is being dragged into Diddy’s case.
He also mentioned his interest in identifying those “empowering” the media to involve him in the scandal.
Taking to X, Meek Mill wrote, “I wanna hire an investigative team with 100k cash to find out every specific detail involving meek mill name to ‘Diddy’ Case…. I also want them to look at who is powering the media involving ‘Meek’ anything to do with buddy! ‘Something not right’.”
Meanwhile, Diddy has denied all charges and entered a not-guilty plea on 17 September.
Despite his plea, Diddy’s bail request has been denied twice.
