For the first time, people from different backgrounds gathered at Järvenpää-talo to celebrate the multicultural day which was organised by Diaspora Glitz Magazine. The event was held on Saturday May 21.
Aside from the musical performances, fashion shows, cultural and traditional dances, artistic and theatrical displays, the night was spiced up with speeches from people of different backgrounds who have excelled in their careers. A member of the Finnish Parliament, Hussein Al-Taee were among the speakers.

The culture director, Sami Ylisaari who has been transferred to Oulu and will start as a director of arts and culture in the city on Oulu on 6.6.2022 thanked Diaspora Glitz Magazine team for a job well done.
In his remarks, he expressed satisfaction with the collaboration. This is a good benchmark for the future, he started.
