It is no longer news that KFC will open its first ever restaurant in Finland but the locations have been in the dark for some time. Latest press release has it that four restaurants will be opened in Finland at the end of 2021.
According to Iltalehti, the American food chain says in its press release that four restaurants will be opened this year, three of which will be located in the Helsinki metropolitan area and one in Turku.
The first restaurants in the Helsinki Metropolitan Area will be opened in Itis, Sello and Iso Omena shopping centers because of its excellent meeting places which represents the brand of the food chain, says Janne Einola, CEO of KFC Finland.
According to the press release of KFC, about 200 employees will be recruited for the launch of the four restaurants which will have a significant employment impact on the restaurant industry.
