A black community radio station launched in Espoo on new year day

A new radio station, JC Radio was launched on Sunday, 1 Jan 2023 in Espoo. The radio station is owned by Junior Coker also known as DJ Joe.

According to Junior Coker, many talents need to be heard and promoted, that’s the core reason for setting up a radio station. It is a black community radio station that will focus on the affairs of blacks and other foreigners in Finland, he said.

The radio station will serve as a platform where foreigners who are making impact in society can be interviewed and promoted. Businesses will be promoted and music of people of foreign backgrounds will be aired.

For advert or promotion, JC radio promise to offer a one-month free air time, and afterward a discounted fee will be charged.
